You do not need a complete brief before contacting us. A few details about your business help us route your question and prepare a useful next step.
For coffee and supply enquiries
Send your business name, location, the products you need and approximate coffee volume. If you already have a supplier, tell us what you want to improve; if you are starting out, share your target opening and the questions still on your list.
Business enquiries open Messenger. The team will discuss the next step with you, including a tasting, partner plan or a proposal where appropriate.
For classes and existing orders
Use the class pages to check dates and prices, book a group seat or request private and team training. An enquiry for private or team training does not reserve a date or take payment.
Existing customers can use the portal for orders, delivery information and invoices. When asking about an existing order or booking, include its reference so the team can find it quickly.
Coffee & supplies
Tell us your business name, location and what you need. We’ll discuss coffee, supply and agreed payment terms.
Business enquiries open Messenger, where you can send your request directly to our team. Training bookings and enquiries use the existing platform forms.
GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions, answered.
I already buy from Brewing Club. How do I order?
Sign in to the customer portal to order, track deliveries and view invoices. If you do not have a login, use Activate your account and the team will link you to your company.
How do I reserve a class?
Choose your date on the booking page and pay in full or make the offered downpayment. Completing a form alone does not reserve a seat.
What should I include in a business enquiry?
Your business name, location, what you need, approximate coffee volume and target opening date if applicable. You do not need to know every detail to start the conversation.
LET’S GROW TOGETHER
Your next chapter starts with a conversation.
Tell us where you are today and what you want to achieve. We’ll help you find a practical place to start.
