2. Watch your points grow
Points become available after delivery and full payment. Your Member, Bronze, Silver or Gold level sets your earning rate, with a higher rate for eligible Autopilot orders.
3. Choose your reward
Use available points for coffee rewards or purchase credit at checkout. Your account shows the current selection, required points and any conditions before you redeem.
Partner levels follow qualifying purchases over a rolling 12 months. Guest checkout and orders entered by our team do not earn these partner points. Payment terms follow a separate coffee-kilo calculation.

What are the referral conditions?
The launch pilot is limited to 10 new businesses, subject to available places and ownership review. The referred business must place its first order within 60 days. The discount covers eligible coffee, excludes delivery and taxes, and cannot be combined with negotiated coffee discounts. Refunds can reverse rewards. Your account confirms eligibility and current availability.
Do Brew Points expire?
Yes. Brew Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Your customer account shows expiry dates, pending points and the points available to use.
Can I redeem points for cash?
No. Use points for available coffee rewards or eligible purchase credit. The checkout shows redemption limits, product eligibility and any delivery charges before you confirm.
What happens to my old credit?
Previously earned legacy credit is preserved separately. It is not converted into Brew Points and keeps its existing conditions. Your account shows the available balances.
Do points give me longer payment terms?
No. Payment-term progress is based on delivered and fully paid coffee kilos, with individually agreed terms taking priority. Brew Points and partner levels are separate benefits.
Where do I see my exact benefits?
Sign in to your existing customer account for your current level, earning rate, available rewards, referral progress and expiry dates. You do not need a separate rewards login.
