BREWING CLUB · PHILIPPINESWe work with Philippine coffee-growing communities to connect origins with customers. Knowing where coffee comes from gives every cup a story worth sharing.
Rey Ebro Bullicer started Brewing Club in 2021 in response to the supply and training challenges faced by cafés. Coffee, practical skills and business support grew together.
With co-owner Geertjan Berman, our ambition extends to educational opportunities for Filipino youth through our partnership with Batang Pinangga Foundation.
Brewing Club began with a practical question: how can coffee businesses get the beans, skills and support they need from a partner who understands daily service? That question still shapes what we do.
Rey Ebro Bullicer started Brewing Club in 2021 in response to the supply and training challenges faced by cafés. The business grew by bringing coffee and practical support together, instead of treating each order as an isolated delivery.
Today, our core work is supplying Philippine coffee and selected café essentials to cafés, restaurants, hotels and businesses. Training, equipment advice and operational support help those customers put the products to work.
We buy directly from Philippine farmers, roast our own coffee and check all coffee for quality. Keeping sourcing and roasting in our own hands gives us control over the coffee we supply and a closer connection to its origin.
Our selection includes origins such as Mount Apo, Benguet, Batangas and Sultan Kudarat, alongside blends. The right choice depends on your menu, customers and preparation—not simply the name on the bag.
With co-owner Geertjan Berman, our ambition is to help local coffee businesses grow while creating opportunities beyond the coffee trade. Our partnership with Batang Pinangga Foundation connects that ambition with educational opportunities for Filipino youth.
Our café in Southscape, Talisay, Cebu brings the work into everyday service. It is a place to experience the coffee, meet the team and see practical coffee preparation in action.

Our ambition is shared progress: stronger connections with farmers, better support for café businesses and educational opportunities for Filipino youth.
